Can't blame Maggie for that,it's no good after the horse has bolted blaming people for not knowing.

I agree with you Les and at the same time you can't blame the Pope for giving him a papal Knighthood.
However everyone wants the BBC to take their share of the blame.
Interesting thing to come out of these papers is there are some wise old owls in Whitehall.

The government make a lot of decisions and do not know the outcome. Look at the magic HS2 for example they dont know how much it will cost the tax payer in the end. To me it will be another concorde where at least 80% of the population will not be able to afford to travel on it. As for the buisiness it will bring in its just speculation.
