Hi guys,

I am on my honeymoon with my hubby, and we are talking about the next steps. Are these the correct steps?

1. Wait for marriage license.
2. Get NBI and apply for passport.
3. Get TB screening certificate.
4. While in Manila attend my GCC at the CFO.
5. Apply for my VISA online and print off copies.
6. Attend the VISA interview.
7. Fly to Manila to obtain my CFO sticker for VISA once it has been approved.

Thanks guys :) God bless.

I think, you need to have first the NSO Marriage Cert and CFO seminar cert. before you can apply phil. passport.

Looks good to me.. the order we did it from memory is as follows...

Obtained Marriage Certificate (and multiple copies on security paper)
Took English Exam (think you guys are in CDO, so this will likely be at Xavier)
TB Test and obtained certidicate (same day Manila)
Submitted Visa application (online)
Booked appt. at Visa processing centre and submitted documents (VFS Manila)
Visa Granted
CFO Seminar and obtained certificate (Cebu)

Finally she will obtain her CFO sticker when I am with her in Manila in a couple of weeks and will be flying back with me later in August.

I don't believe there is a Visa interview unless this has been introduced recently.

Only difference is that she is still using her old passport (under her maiden name) as we did not apply for a new passport.

Hope this helps....
