WHY?

Because I'm sitting here impatiently :23_111_9[1]: awaiting the arrival of a ton bag of white marble pebbles, paid for earlier in the week, and scheduled to be delivered [sometime] today.

Trouble IS :icon_rolleyes: ... there's a flight of twelve steps leading up to my garden gate, and I'm MOST anxious that the delivery vehicle will be equipped with a forklift suitable for the purpose, as assured by the suppliers.

So ... :anerikke: ... all I can do at the moment, is hope and  that everything goes according to plan.

Worry not, my friends :nono-1-1: ... I'm back. No "chips" on my shoulder either :icon_lol: ... they were shovelled straight into the wheelbarrow by my ever-obliging son who'd come directly after work to cart them up to garden level for us ... bless him!

Thanks, gents, for your concern.

:yeahthat:'s exactly what our truck driver used as well, Graham. Unfortunately it didn't stretch far enough. Luckily, though, my son arrived on the scene (as already mentioned) about 10 mintes after the gravel was delivered ... and made short work of what could've been a long, :cwm24: drawn~out job had it been left to Myrna & me.

Good luck mate. :xxgrinning--00xx3:
