hi guys, this has probably been asked before but searching through the forum i couldnt find it. so my question is can overtime be counted to meet the £1550 in gross i need to earn per month to show on my wage slips, because currently i earn £1503 which is not far off.

I'm hoping it can because i will do a lot of OT from now till jan. thanks guys.

£1,503 a month = £18,036 per annum ... so near - yet so far, :iagree:!

Hmm ... :anerikke: ... I don't see any reason(s) why it shouldn't be taken into account if you can be sure your monthly overtime payments - averaged out over the next 6 months - are sufficiently consistent to make up the calculated [annual] shortfall of £564.

George ... do :please: remember too, the IMPORTANCE of obtaining a signed statement from your employer ... detailing and verifying the consistency of each of those monthly earnings (with overtime included) throughout the period between now and January.

i know, this is so annoying and the funny thing is i get a bonus each year for around £1500-£2000. but they wont take this into consideration

i have spoken to my manager about my situation and he seems to think that it will not be a problem with overtime in the coming months so i'm hoping he's right. i also have a meeting tomorrow with personel at work hopefully they can help me out..

thank you arthur for your assurance..
