Try the EU Family Permit route.
As Your husband is Polish he will come under the rules.

Your husband is Polish... I am Italian.... Both EU Citizens..

Because of that My Filipina wife got the Family Permit to join me here, in fact she is flying in tomorrow evening.

Follow the link I gave you in my previous post, all the information is there, if you bother to look.:doh

So your wife is not a EU-citizen. The thing i looked under that many times and i thought i can apply for that , then my husband told me i cant because i'm not eu-citizen. But thank you, i do appreciate it!

Yes, i looked at it , they must please help me more! What evidence is that you must have a right of residence in Uk. What other document do i need. Nothing about his work in England, or bankstatments, Please give me exact documents i need. Maybe i ask stupid questions, but i want all his steps he followed through for his wife. Because i would give anything to be with my husband too!!

Just search in the visa section of the forum, I guess any type of visa will be the same wether family or fiancee or spouse visa. The government will require the same information

Proof of capacity to earn money and sponsor the non EU individual, with no recourse to public funds in the UK as the british government does not want to hand out more money than it needs too!!!!

Bank statements, wage slips, sponsor letter examples can be found in a search, proof of communication, proof of relationship, phone bills, e-mails, messenger call logs, greeting cards etc all the logical stuff that you can think of to prove that you communicate regularily even though living apart. One letter a month will not be sufficient to prove a relationship is genuine. I think you get the point about what the british government wants. Prepeare to put a lot of information together and you will be ok the VAF2 document for the fiancee visa that me and Anilyn filled in contains a check list of information required as a tick box list, information like copies of passports, proof of accomodation in the UK have you got somewhere stable to live in (rented or mortgaged) and with no need for the government to provide housing is one they will ask for most applications of this nature.

Good look and please hit the search button, especialy the visa section for general guidance

Your husband support letter as sponsor. (you will find a specimen if you use the search function)

Your husband employer's letter stating that he works there, earnings and all that jazz.

All the documents as per UKvacs check list
