Hi All,
I am starting to get worried about my wife and step daughters visa application which was started on 28.06.13, we have not heard anything from them at all since we get a text saying that your application has been sent to Manila - this was 3 days after we submitted the application in VFS Cebu. I know that every application is different but others seemed to have get there decision already even if they have applied after us.

From my understanding it could take 90 days so there is still a bit of time to go. I think you can track your application.

its summer time, a busy time for the embassies, but look here the table at the bottom
60 days (/5 days is a week) so 100% are processed within 12 wks.

so you should know soon, and good luck :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Your visa will be despatched shortly. Passports can normally be collected from the Visa Application Centre after 3 days. Applicants in Australia and New Zealand should allow 3 days before tracking their documents via the local post. UKBA-Manila Visa Hub

In principle...yes....it means you've got it.
However...........this is an automated message and there's always a very small possibility that someone may have 'pressed the wrong' button....extremely rare......
I say congratualtions in advance, but don't crack open the champagne until the passport and visa are held in the hand.
Well done:Jump:

Congratulations!
Sounds like the CFO process got easier, or is it due to her location? My Rose had to attend a seminar on a specific day and the Manila CFO offices were crazy busy.

The seminar can be attended at any time and usually a certificate of attendance will be given.....however, the passport 'sticker' cannot be issued without having a valid visa.
Just out of interest the CFO has a 'desk' at the airport and given the appropriate arrangements it's possible to collect the sticker at the airport. (consider this a last resort schedule though)

Congrats... we put my wife's visa in on 21st August..during the floods! Still haven t heard. Was hoping to bring my wife and daughter over at the end of October. Hope we don t have to wait another two months! On the vfs website it says still being processed.
If I don t hear soon, it will have to be Christmas before I get to see my wife and daughter.
