Hi,

Just successfully applied for Bellah's fiancé visa all our flights are booked and I'm going there on the 20th for 10 days to pick her up. Our flights back to the UK are on the 1st October.

Bellah has today done her guidance counselling session and got her certificate and her CFO sticker.

My friends wife who come here on a spouses visa, is adamant that we must get the certificate and CFO sticker notarised by the DFA. Bellah asked the CFO during her session and they said there's no need to get it notarised as her status of being single hasn't changed.

I'm not sure now if we should get this notarised, on the other hand I'd hate to turn up to the airport and be turned away because it should have been notarised.

Has anyone got any experience of this?

No need for DFA to notarised it. No one in the forum has done it I believe. As long as your fiancee has the CFO sticker stamped in her passport and the certificate attached to it, then everything's done. :xxgrinning--00xx3:
