Hi guys just wondering if somebody could answer the following question for me.

My wife was granted her spouse visa for initial entry to the UK on 6 December 2012, she entered the UK on 15 December 2012.

The visa is valid for 33 months so she would apply for FLR when the time comes.

Am I right in thinking part of that 33 months ie: the first 3 months was for her to entry into the UK so actually she would have to apply for FLR 30 months after being in the UK.

So the answer I would like is would she apply before 6 September 2015 ie: 33 months after start of her visa or before 15 June 2015 ie: 30 months from when she arrived in UK.

Sorry if this sounds confusing but hope somebody can clarify.

Cheers Guys...

Mark, the earliest your wife can apply for her FLR is 28 days before her 30th month here in the UK. The counting starts from the day she arrived here. :xxgrinning--00xx3:
