greetings to you all! I have been busy courting all over the world, but now at last I have found a lovely young lady who is keen to make the move here to the UK.
Please can someone advise me now on the next step?? the young lady and I have decided, that as she will live here in uk, it would be best if she arrived here to see how she would adapt to the new culture!! AND me of course!!!!!
(1) will she be able to arrive here with a fiancee visa?
(2) Is it true and absolute that we have to meet first before a application can be made for a fiancee visa??
if so can she arrive here with a vistor visa and then whilst here can she apply for fiancee visa??
I would be grateful for any advice and help in now taking the next stage, as we both desire to meet and hopefully become one flesh forever, thank you very much indeed

Hi Jessyb
welcome to the site. you will find lots of info here. yes you must meet first and prove relationship for fiancee visa. and if for visitor your GF must prove she can fund her visit and has reason to return after visit.

This is the 'Introduce Yourself' catergory, Visa questions go in the Visa catergory, so others can find it if they ask the same question in the future. The clue is in the title. :) Thanks.

Wot's that bloody thing mean? I don't gamble too often Keith and know only one thing about horses, that, if i am not careful when near one, it could kick my :action-smiley-081:.
