extending visit visa.

my partner is here in the UK on a general visit visa--till january 2014.

is it possible to apply for an extension to this--? if so--please post a link.

Technically she can stay as long as her visa is valid. Then she must return home.

If she already has a 6 month validity for General Visit (Tourist or Family) then, sorry to say, she cannot extend beyond that 6 month validity.
