as you know i have been struggling to get a good connection to internet, cdr king all stores in philippines have no stock for usb extension with booster,

today was talking to a neighbour, he introduced me to someone he knows, and i managed to strike a deal, for sharing of his wi fi connection, a strong connection full bars, 350 peso a month, being 30% of what he pays for his wi fi hub ect, my connection to this is by using his password for hub, anyway whatever im happy at that being able to connect ok,

i dont know much about wi fi, or if there is any difference in its security online, such as banking, as i dont know i guess i will play safe

Banking online is safe, it's your own PC you need to secure with a firewall and AV, although if you have Windows 8 you don't need any of them unless you're stupid :Cuckoo: as the defaults are fine.

i have been known to be stupid now and again :icon_lol:
as yet im still using my old lap top win 7, new lap top win 8 came with norton already installed which is not default i assume, anyway its ok i have all the protection needed, just that wi fi is new to me, always new things to learn, just the same not long ago i asked the same about dongle, which you gave me the same answer, :-)

I mentioned to my wife this morning just how homesick I was.

She said "but this is your home"

I said "yeah, I'm sick of it"

We're already shipping stuff Fred. Getting to grips with reducing waste.......and what a lot there is.
We're also buying stuff we think we'll need and shipping that too.

The day we fly out of UK forgoods really depends on when we finish the education of our final few students. So basically we need to continue our UK income stream until then.
We've got 2 who are doing really well and we're not about to put them at risk.

Our best guess is that we'll need to remain in UK for another 12 -18 months. I'm just hoping I can manage that...........

Education costs have really increased recently.
