has it put people off what has been in the news these last few days,
If you had booked a holiday to be there in the next for months would you still go or cancel
Many know my plans or even dreams of one day moving out there and my plans have not changed at all, just wondering whats in your minds

I'm going over in three weeks but it isn't worrying me. I've probably got more chance of dying driving down the M6.
Btw Steve, did you book that flight?

Hasn't put us off........living in Yokohama area for 20 years and travelling around Japan means we know all about earthquakes.... still scary though.
By coincidence tomorrow October 17 is the anniversay of the earthquake in San Francisco that I experienced first hand in 1989. I was in a big clothing store called 'Ross dress for less'.
Took my wife there to the very same store last May...the memory made me feel quite odd.
For my sins I was also on a business trip in Kobe in Japan during the big quake of 1995.
I was staying in a very tall hotel on a high floor. Happened in the early morning time I was still in bed.
Nobody can ever get used to it, nor do much about it.

The San Pedro Church in Loboc was badly damaged. The most famous is Baclayon Church which is part of the tours but not sure of its state.

Dedworth probably saw it at the original location when it was in Albur.. They moved to Baclayon a couple of years ago..
The Python named PRONY died in August unfortunately..

The bell tower at Baclayon Church was totally destroyed apparently plus there was damage to the main building.
