Wow, that's nice......always good when you know someone who has such good fortune.
Not to put a negative slant on it, but there was a lady in our office who won £132,000 on the lottery and would mention it almost everytime she spoke.......plenty of gossip on that one :icon_lol::icon_lol:
Wish I could win like that Steve.......I know just what I'd spend it on

hes a very good friend at work, he dont seem to have much luck, but its all his own doing, i try to tell him what to do but you can guarantee a few months later he will come back and say you was right,
I have told him to put it all on his mortgage, he wants to pay it off quicker, but will he listen :NoNo::NoNo::NoNo:,
£100,000 will see me retire tomorrow but if i dont win that, i still have a plan to retire in 63 months :icon_lol::icon_lol:, WOW , payday tomorrow, so only 62 months :xxgrinning--00xx3::xxgrinning--00xx3::xxgrinning--00xx3::xxgrinning--00xx3::xxgrinning--00xx3::xxgrinning--00xx3:

If he's a good friend try to very gently guide him Steve..........£20k is easy to spend if you're not thinking straight................a new car and a luxury holiday and it's gone.
Which is OK in a way but still the same old same old after. Just my opinion

HINDSIGHT is a wonderful thing :doh:doh:doh
Yep it is :xxgrinning--00xx3:
Once we're in the paradise islands I'll be keeping a vice-like grip on my income. My wife knows that and accepts that.
That's why we've delayed moving...just to complete the education of a couple of highly talented students....I'm so proud of them too.
On a selfish perspective I'm hoping that a medical doctor and a lawyer will be nice to have in the family.......hopefully :Erm:
