.....The High Court has urged the Home Office to to reduce the threshold to about £13,000 a year - a move that the government is appealing against.
Interesting ..

Who said it pays to work hard? 70/75 hours a week?. I do feel sorry for that couple and people on here that cant get their spouses here. There was other ways around this but this government was too spineless to prioritise people from what country that can enter britain from. Non EU covers a big area. Just my opinion.

Interesting ..
I really hope the High Court does get something done as this is only 1 of many sad stories I am reading of late.
This country is really messed up at them moment. The governments said they would help the real families and marriages but all they are doing is causing more pain for the average hard working person. If you are from the EU you can do what you want! you don't need the required English language - you don't need to jump through all the hoops and red tape of the British Government and in fact I am finding the more and more I think about this - the more and more it angers me so I'm gonna stop writing now before I say bad stuff :cwm23::cwm23::cwm23::cwm23::xxaction-smiley-047:xxaction-smiley-047:xxaction-smiley-047:Brick::Brick::Brick:

you should have a legal right to bring your spouse to the UK no matter what you earn, they cant claim benefits anyway :doh
