Marriage or Fiance Visa

Can any one out there advise me

Is it better to marry my Phil GF first in the Phills then apply for Marriage visa or is it better to apply for Fiance Visa the get married in UK

I'm confused as many people only seem to chat about Fiance visa

If I get married in Phills ( what my GF and I really want ) is there a set time period before we can apply / get Marriage ( Settlement) visa

hi stuart thats better you get marraige in the philippines just only one hustles and in the philippines church wedding is cheaper than here in UK,then apply a spouse visa, same process,same documents to fiancee visa, the advantage of spouse visa is she can work straight away if she wants to work then if spouse visa run out she can apply for ILR
