I cant see him being extradited due to the EU`s human rights authority`s influence on the British justice system ...Completely unable to make its own decisions on such cases anymore.

Britain refused to extradite Mr Uddin, a founder of the Muslim Council of Britain, if he were to face the death penalty when an arrest warrant was issued earlier this year.

Strange as the Muslim Council of Britain is sold to us as the more moderate voice of Islam :NoNo:
I think the Bangladeshi legal system was a bit naive in sentencing him to death knowing full well that we'll never extradite somebody to be executed.
In view of the crimes that he has been found guilty of in his absence I would question whether it's a wise move to have him walking the streets of the UK a free man. :cwm23:
