Slumdogs of Slovakia: This city was given £51million when it was named European capital of culture... so why are Roma children still living in such horrifying squalor?

Kosice, Slovakia, won £50million to improve country's infrastructure when it was named 2013 Capital of Culture
Heartbreaking pictures show the suburb of Lunik IX where around 8,000 Slovakian Roma live, many of them children
Destitute images show children covered in dirt playing in rubbish and the filthy apartments they live in
Many live without gas, water or electricity in the area - where almost 100 per cent of its residents are unemployed

This is exactly the reason nobody in europe want these people this appartment complex was giving to them all neat and tidy all done up only 2 years ago and now look at it .they live like this because they don,t give a .... about there surroundings just throwing the garbage over the balconies .They done the same thing in glasgow some roma families were in a tennament building and were throwing the garbage over the balcony below into the common yard area .They are filthy dirty people and deserve nothing so nobody in their right mind should feel sorry for them only the kids as its their parents who are teaching them how to live like animals and show little respect to others .
