Booked £485 Malaysia Airlines NOV28th

Booked my ticket to Manila on November 28th, paid £485, would be £475 but i used credit card.
Really happy with that price, paid around the same with Cathay back in September and a bit more with Singapore in June.
In March i paid over £600 with Etihad. Things do get cheaper it seems, but saying that this ticket was over £700 when i was looking several weeks ago for the same dates, so booking close to departure
can pay off, if your brave enough.

thats a great price, we are looking but our flights are around xmas new year so they are still to much money at this moment

We flew with Malaysia a year or two ago. It was fine, but we had a 24 hour stopover on the way back. We booked a night at a hotel next to the airport and did a whistle stop tour of Kuala Lumpur. It worked out really well and was a nice end to our holiday.
