Well time to get myself into my fitness regime tomorrow after been too complacent since my wife arrived 11 months ago and the little guy arriving a month later.

Alongside my desk job hence no physical activity mostly on my part and a weight gain of 3 stone :doh its time to make use of my gym membership and hit the treads.

My wife bless her has not said anything negative but when I mentioned my intention she said "I noticed Mark but didn"t nag incase I hurt your feelings", well this said from a 8 stone filipina to a 20 stone 6ft 3 giant its time to get serious.

So guys my aim is 5 stone weight loss and a much fitter, healthier future, wish me luck, will keep regular updates on this thread...:xxsport-smiley-002::xxsmilie_fussball::REDancedancer08:

Just to wish you good luck with your resolution to lose weight, and add to the encouraging posts already made here :xxgrinning--00xx3: !

I’m sure you don’t need me to advise you on the risks of being overweight or obese. In any case I don’t judge lifestyle choices, and you’re certainly not alone.

However, in the winter months and weeks around Christmas, it won’t be easy to lose weight. Be patient, with perseverance you will soon feel the benefits, and please do keep posting with your progress :xxgrinning--00xx3:.
