I had to have a cold shower this morning because we had no power, the brown out cause this she said, rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrright now i know, the fuse box had tripped, so trying to explain to Ems about going down the cellar and to check the box, well that was fun, it turned out to be a power cut in the whole street , and a few hours later it was all back on,

The term brown-outs confused me as well; in my line of work a brown-out is a partial black out and a black out is a complete power failure.
