I first heard of this story from photos circulating in Facebook after the typhoon..I'm not sure if you all can understand this clip, but the story is about a Canadian guy in a relationship with a Filipina living in Ormoc. They are about to meet for the first time next year but after the typhoon, the guy decided to go to Ormoc to see his gf. Link is below, and the Facebook page that the guy set up.
