Application form online HELP please!

Hello again.

I would like to ask about the details regarding the application form online.

1. In the Family details under the Spouse/ Partner heading, which details should i put, is it mine or my husband's?

2. In the Sponsor details, there is a question "what is their relationship to you"? I cant find spouse,or husband in the choices provided so i choose the "other relative". Is it correct?

My thoughts:
1. Your husband's details
2. If the sponsor is your husband, i think other relative is a good choice. If he is your fiancee, then you can choose friend. Just give / explain your exact relationship in the last section of the application form where you can write all the items for consideration.
