How to make pansit

Hi all this is John, Does anyone know how to make a good pansit, Maricris at work till late just want to make somthing she will like. I cook a lot but tends to be English food.

Here is one of the cooking sites I regularly use. But I haven't done the pancit yet. Actually, there are plenty of varieties for cooking pancit. This is just one of them. You can search on the website too about other pancit recipes.

Thanks Rayna. I went on you tube tried to follow making pansit, it all went wrong :Erm: made enough to feed 10 people - kept getting measurement wrong - well guessing really. Tasted not good had to throw away. Will leave filipino cooking to Maricris. :smile: Many thanks
