Cornstarch is an American term, we call it cornflour here....... exactly the same thing.

Hi simon is correct,I was cooked maja blanca just last day but I'll make it sure I don't put a sweet corn again coz my hubby don't like it lol.. Fussy bugger! Lol.. I reckon use cornflour from Morrison :)
