The other day i noticed my phone account had changed, so i rang virgin and after a few minutes they put me onto a manager who then tried to explain that the offer i was on had finished and they cannot offer me that again but another one, more money i may had too,
SO asking why it had changed, he replied because i dont use all the minutes and the contracr was more then 3 years old, so they can just change it like that,
I have 3 accounts with them and after checking all three they all need changing he said, but because i am there greatest customer they can offer me there best deal and they will get back to me,
What utter crap i said, and it seems to have worked too, looks like myself and virgin are parting company very very soon

It is always better to change once a contract is up, otherwise you find yourself paying for something that is out-of-date.
