quick question about status

hello everyone!

i was recently got married last December.. and i am planning to submit my spouse visa end of February. and i want to use my single name because my passport will expire on may 2018.my tb test ,English test are all in my single name ...isn't mandatory to change my status when i am apply for spouse visa?,,,,is that ok if i will use my single name?

yes you can use your single name but carry your marriage cert around if you are going anywhere important, or holidays and so on, then change it all once you change your pastport

thanks for quick reply.... it is already clear to me now....i am just bit worried before ....i don't have time to change my passport to my married name because i need to attend a cfo and i don't want to waste money because my passport will expire few years from now...
