Hi everyone,

I have a question on my behalf of my friend regarding her TOEIC english test B1 level expired. She took her test last Nov.2012 in Hopkins. Is she can still be use for applying her ILR this coming Nov.2014?

I have another concern, can I still use my exprired TOEIC English B1 level for applying my 2nd FLR(M)?

Many Thanks,

Arjie xxx

Hello Argie..

I dont think your friend needs to take another english test if your friend has b1 level already. If you already have a qualification at B1 level.

"Applicants who already have an English language qualification at B1 level or above will not be required to take another one. For example, someone who demonstrated a knowledge of English equivalent to B1 level when applying for entry clearance will not be required to take a further test in order to qualify settlement."

Good luck to your friend...

Hiya Argie I would like to assure you that regarding the UKBA immigration rules there is no expiration of the english language test.

For example if you used TOEIC or IELTS or any other acceptable test required by UKBA they will accept it regardless of the expiration date as they only need to know that you have already reached that level and don't require further evidence...:xxgrinning--00xx3:
