Help Anyone! Everyone VISA requirements to enter UK

Our lovely home help who has been with us four years has moved on :bigcry: (arrived with us on a domestic workers visa prior to April 2012) she has now got ILR :smile:we are having terrible trouble getting anyone to replace her :Erm: we still want a Filipino Citizen :xxgrinning--00xx3:as we had such a great experience for so long, we are fair and respectful, paid five weeks annual leave two days off a week paid her NI contributions and a flight home every 10 months... our youngest is autistic and registered disabled and misses her so much... can someone please tell us, if we can recruit a private nurse from the Philippines? :Cuckoo:what are the chances of a successful sponsoring of a VISA for them, been as we are in the UK? we are happy to provide a legal contractual agreement, flights, etc, we know the rules have been tightened at the Home Office :Brick: any help or suggestions greatly appreciated!:Help1:

Domingo, you need to understand that recruitment of a non-EEA national is not open to you. Period.
Focus your attentions on suitably qualified candidates from UK and EU and advertise your vacancy in the usual way.
