Hi Guys.... hope evryone are doing well...

could any one here help me or give me any info about what exactly to get and how to get and the requirements for obtaining business permit in philippines .. we have been browsing and researching that to get bsns permit..we will be needing B.I.R and mayors permit, sec, and the Doh etc...but i have this question in mind that to be able to get the first the B.I.R we need to get first D.T.I.. is this correct?

You will need to register with the DTI first. This is to register the name of your business and will last for 5 years. After that you should register with the local municipal and they will give you a mayors permit once you have filled out all of the appropriate forms. Then the last step is to register with the BIR.
The process is fairly simple and can be done without using fixers.

thank you jake .. everything you said is just what my mom told me already but someone just told me that i dont need to have DTI.. anyw ay just want to other info..thanks again!:Hellooo:

hi rani thank you for the info.. it will be not a big corporate but it be a high standard bsns .. so yes we need to register in sec as well.. thanks again for your help!:Wave:
