might be a year older but if your staying in the phlilippines for a year, just think how much :REGamblMoney01HL1: , your saving, not paying gas/electric,high petrol prices etc... :xxgrinning--00xx3:

crazy council near us, will soon be supplying us with 4 wheelie bins :doh, 1 for general rubbish, 1 for paper , 1 for garden waste, 1 for recycling rubbish, this country going :Cuckoo:

oh they can fine you if you put the bins out too early, leave them out too late, put the wrong rubbish in the wrong bin.. are they going to have trash wardens inspecting your rubbish, nice suprise for them, when they have a look in ours, little joes dirty nappies :omg: :D

and i'm still waiting for a replacement bin since march !!!!!!!! after the bin wagon crushed it ......................

Sounds a bit like the North Norfolk scheme. We had a small property up there, which was one of seven in a private courtyard, all used as holiday homes. The local council decided to deploy wheelie bins (thankfully only two per property), which had to be left out on the roadside on collection day. The problem was that we, and most of the owners, visited mainly at weekends .. about once a month.

I 'suggested' to the council that it would be more appropriate for the seven properties to share a pair of the slightly larger bins. No! We had to have two 240litre bins for each property ... all crammed into the brick compound designed to house seven standard dustbins .. and they would not be collected from the compound, because that was off a private courtyard.

happy wheelie bin !! :xxgrinning--00xx3: :Erm:

:Cuckoo:

i think a wheelie bin is bit like being pregnant, you have to wait 9 months before you get it ... :icon_lol: :cwm23:

well i've been wating since march, and i've been on the urgent list for 6 wks :yikes:, good job the council are not in charge of the emergency services :icon_lol: :NoNo:

city of salford population 200,000+, say average 3 people per house hold, extra 3 wheelie bins per house hold.. more than 200,000 extra wheelie bins they will deliver soon, and i've waited 7 months for 1 :Rasp:, they will need to start fining people to pay for them :Brick:

what a load of rubbish :censored:

oh little test for you Sensei Alan, which are the only 2 cities in the UK that actually touch ? :Erm:
