Is it me or has the handshake changed
I am from the old school and a firm hold of the hands and a shake while looking at each other and a smile may help too,
Now these new some sort of hold my fingers, stroke my fingers and then a little grip of the hands and then you lock shoulders, whats that all about, give me the old fashion handshake or none at all

I always handshake, firm and with eye contact. Quite a few people seem taken aback and surprised by handshakes, some even need prompting when they leave you hanging...

I always find that saying 'excuse the warts' is a good ice-breaker while shaking hands.
