Hi guys! I know that there are threads about this but I just want to satisfy myself that I have/will have correct evidences for my fiancee visa.
The most difficult part is to prove that my relationship with my fiance is subsisting, I am unsure with other evidences but these are all we have:
1. Chat convos since we met, we talk every day on viber, whatsapp, facebook, twitter, calls
2. facebook activities
3. pictures together
4. western union receipt and receive slips.
5. I will ask for my mom's letter (is it fine if it is just a typewritten with my mom's signature? does it have to be address to ECO? )
6. My fiance will also ask a letter from his sister (is it fine if it is just a typewritten with my fiance's sister's signature? does it have to be address to ECO as well?")
8. cards that I sent him
9. packaging of the gifts he sent to me, (with postal stamps) and picture of the items?
10. His mom's christmas card to me (via post)
11. Receipts of my gifts to him (m&s, argos, amazon)
Obviously we do not have any joint properties and responsibilities yet.
And is my sponsor's letter enough as an evidence to meet this requirement:
"you and your partner must intend to live together permanently in the UK;"
Are verbal plans enough for this?
