Good on her.
While the authorities are stupid enough to give free treatment to total time-wasters and drunken idiots with self-inflicted injuries, as well as 'health tourists', the system will continue to be clogged up and resources stretched to the limit. :NoNo:

As a senior nurse it sickens me that this kind of thing happens.
The registration fee to remain on the register has rocketed in the last 3 years due to the amount of fitness to practice hearings that are happening.
Surely it would be better to improve nurse training and weed out these individuals before they qualify.
Also for hospitals to look after their staff better than keep employing agency nurses to cover shortfalls.
Why not pay substantive nurses better so they have more incentives.
It makes me sick that MPs are getting a 11% payrise but I only get 1% after a pay freeze for 3 years.
