My Grandfather was a Yorkshire man.. That ole bugger had money hidden all over the house but no one knew it at the time.
He still used the cheapest pipe tobacco though!! Ole bugger was worth 1000`s!!

My ticket is for 30 days, extendable.

Then I'll get a 59 day visa at NAIA Arrivals, so I'll hopefully be with my sweetheart for a couple of months.

Hahaha. Sorry to say, THIS 'canny ole bugger' will just have to go out and do some WORK, in the absence of those hidden 1000's. :icon_lol:

I've been back and forth since 1990 Stevie.

More limited since 2008 til recently, because I had my son living with me.

Hoping to finally put some roots down there and escape this place in another 2 or 3 years. Yes, marriage is definitely on the cards...when the time is right. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Sounds great, nothing better then a long holiday relaxing on a beach in the Philippines. You must feel like you're returning home whenever you go there now.

Blimey, I very nearly missed this thread .................better late than never though.

May I say I'm not totally surprised to learn you'll return...even though you're going sooner than I would have predicted.

I'm very happy for you Graham..... you've clearly found a very special person.
Here's wishing you all the best as your plans grow into reality. :Jump:

Looking forward to the wedding :wedtoss:
