Creating an account for online application on the new visa4uk website. Questions. [Archive]

Hi everyone,

I have just signed up for an account on the new visa4uk website so I can start my online application.

Question is, is it not real time or right after signing up, that they send you the email to verify your registration/account?

I have already been waiting for about half an hour and have also sent request to reset password as per with FAQ "I've created an account but haven't received my account verification email. What do I do?"

The website won't be down until tomorrow so I am not sure why I haven't got the email yet and I am sure I have put the correct email too. Or am I just being impatient? :smile:

Have you been able to register and set up an account yet ?

Yes I have been able to register. Not sure why it wouldn't let me last time. And I have used a different email and got the confirmation instantly.

Anyway, at least its sorted now.
