After months, even years of looking for the perfect place , i still have not found it yet,
How hard can it be, 1000 sq mtrs a nice view,
Anyway my Ems has always said thats to big, the lot that is, so yesterday she came up with this great idea,
5 hectares for sale in Palawan, full of Narra trees , a bargain price too so she says, what are we going to do with all that space, dont know was the answer,
Looks like i shall just have to keep looking :NoNo::NoNo::NoNo:

I think 1000 is a bit much myself don,t forget the more land the more money you need to spend on its upkeep .500 would be enough to build a nice bungalow and driveway overlooking the sea just perfect lol

On our little island there are no more beach lots left unless you buy 3 hectares!!
4th and 5th lots from the sea have trebled in the last 5 years here..
Everything is getting out of order price wise..:crazy:
