Yesterday received 1st quarterly phone bill of 2014, was suspicious of charges on there Caller Display which is something I don't believe I've ever requested. Called them and it seems as from 1 Jan they are charging for some services which were previously free, they say notifications were sent out Sept/Oct.

They've removed it and will credit refund to next bill.

I experienced the same a few weeks ago, they credited me no problem, but they haven't cancelled the services and I did ask them to!:xxgrinning--00xx3:
