According to the first page
You must prepare a type written affirmation or affidavit.

Problem is I open it in Adobe reader and it doesn't allow me to type into it, just read it.....

Any free programmes that allow me to do this?

The answer is to convert the pdf to a word doc, then amend/edit it, and then convert it back to a pdf.

Thanks, but it only converted two of the three pages and then asked me to pay if I wanted the full use of it!

Hi Slip,
Here's how I do it:-

- Save the pdf file to your desktop

- hit the icon for "sign, add text or send a document for signature" - (top left hand of pdf)

- A menu appears on the right hand side, just hit the button for "Add Text"

- Place your cursor over the box and add text

- Save and Print

I'm just using Adobe Reader :Erm:

Yes, I was doing that... But then it doesn't let me delete anything that is already there. There is one bit you need to delete so it is applicable to yourself, you can't with Adobe, well I couldn't :cwm25:

Thanks for that....

I'm done now with another free programme I googled.... But hopefully that will help out the people that will be asking the same question for sure in the future now that this is the new requirement.

I thought I was done, but it's proving tricky.... Not that great on a computer and I just cant seem to get the Affidavit and the Affirmation to print with the 1.5cm margin it says you have to print it with. I have manged to fill in all my details. But when I print it misses off the bottom of the margin and it isn't 1.5sm all the way around.... I have tried to fiddle with the settings in word, but it's just not having it. I have been trying for 3 days now and I just can't do it and time is running out!
