Second question is... can anyone here tell me what kind of business permit needs to be done in the Philippines and how to get those.. the business is like a small fast food restaurant with like 10 to 15 seaters..

Any advice is much appreciated..

What happened to your business partner here in the Philippines?

Registering a business is a fairly easy process.
If your fast food restaurant is only small you can probably get away with just a local DTI permit from the local municipal which costs around 500php.

Registering the business nationally will cost around 2,000php and a couple of trips to the regional DTI offices.
It can be done online, however i would strongly advise you to register personally as things tend to get lost.
If you want to try online
