as in the jodi arias case, if the guy is trying to kill you, you don't run past the stairs that lead out of the house but instead run into a bedroom to get a gun that you 'believe' to have blanks in it :laugher:

in pistorius case, if he feared for his life, why didn't he get his gun and get out of the house? why go towards someone you believe is going to kill you :doh
