Hi guys,
Wanted to know if anybody else is experiencing this error when trying to make a payment for visa online. I have tried paying since the other day and always get the same message. My husband tried to access online application and pay on his end (he is in Africa now) and also gets the same message.
I called the British Embassy in Manila and informed me that they can't help me and that I need to check this https://ukvi-international.faq-help.com/ for help. I am sure when my husband calls Wolrdpay (already contacted them once for declined payment), they will direct him to either the british embassy, ukvi or the application center. We have also emailed UKBAIG.ServiceIntegration@fco.gsi.gov.uk but no replies yet - not sure when they will get back to us. My husband will call the contact # stated in https://ukvi-international.faq-help.com/ for Philippines later on.
This is just so frustrating! Time is wasted and not even our fault. Oh dear. Hope we will get this sorted out soon.
