watched news last night and was quite surprise when they not allowed to swim and save someone who is drowning because of the health and safety reason so Ridiculous what they gonna do then just watching that poor person to die!so sad:(

they should add an amendment to the Health and Safety rules regarding stoopid application of Healthy and Safety rules would be in violation of Health and Safety rule. that should cause some cranial implosion for some overpaid bureaucrat.

there are a lot of great health and safety rules but it has gone overboard
