Well they have done it again a great five star service for me,
Yesterday i got a text saying there is a problem with my account, could i make contact with them,
You know i have changed my bank account and with the changeover a payment has not been made, so last night i was speaking to a very nice lady from the Phils,
After trying to pay the bill my new card could not be registered with them it seems, so because i was saying i am married to Ems and she to was from Marikina she would let this bill go by, but i must sort out the direct debit for the following month,
