Application is "on hold"

My visa application is put "On Hold" because we have not submitted sufficient specified evidence to confirm the employment of my sponsor. Just wondering if how long do we need to wait after submitting and will they issue a visa if you've done submitting it? :smile:

Yes, UKVI mentioned about his previous employment to submit certificate which we are going to scan next week. How many days or weeks should we wait after submitting it?
