Well done, but it's actually the 52,591 thread according to the database on vbulletin. The other 12,591 threads must have been deleted!

They'll be spam, and other rubbish, so do not count. :doh

The automatic spam filter will end a lot of stuff before it gets to the database, so that doesn't count in the tally. However, you run this site, so you can censor it how you like.

You see, it's that kind of attitude you have shown in your posts in this thread which make the regulars here instantly not like you. This is a celebration thread for 40,000 live posts, and for some reason beyond most people here, you go off in search of a figure on another database. Why? To try and prove something? What exactly? As you now look even more arrogant. I've received more complaints about you in the last 24hrs, than anyone this year. You are no longer welcome here, goodbye.

He's got a chip on his shoulder Keith!

Well :icon_rolleyes: ... we kinda suspected there was something "fishy" about the guy in the first plaice.

:yeahthat:'s why his reputation came to be "battered". So ...

... together with the "chip", he's since been fried ... :Erm: ... I mean "fired"!

I beg to differ Les, :omg:

But congratulations to everyone for making this forum what it is. A calm, pleasant, informative and friendly place to come and relax meet friends and hang out with lively debates around every corner.

Of course there will always be the odd idiot who likes to upset the apple cart now and again, but they soon leave one way or another.

Also well done to the Admin and Moderator team for policing and all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes.

Thanks ever so much, Keith for making it all possible in the first place.

Cheers! ... to you, Rayna, each and every one of our loyal and supportive regulars - most of whom I've befriended online (some I have even had the privilege of meeting in person) - and also the many, many others who have passed through our portals over the years I've been a member here.

:olddude: ... here's to the NEXT 40,000 threads ... which I'd :cwm24: hope to be around long enough to celebrate! :xxparty-smiley-050:
