Labour to take on UKIP... with coffee mornings: MPs told to host 'drop-in' sessions to discuss immigration with voters
Yvette Cooper has written to all MPs and candidates with a script on how to talk to voters about their concerns
In a leaked document, she admits the party ‘got things wrong in the past’
There are concerns working class voters are deserting the party for UKIP

The ‘immigration campaign pack’ tells MPs and candidates: ‘It is important people know that Labour are listening to their concerns on immigration’.
It adds: ‘Labour got things wrong in the past, particularly in not introducing transitional controls for eastern Europe. And we’ve changed on immigration.’
The documents contains model invite letters for a ‘listening event’, which it recommends should be ‘an informal event, for example a coffee morning’.

I will gladly have a free cuppa with my Labour MP. Its better than having a cuppa with the squabbling tories at the moment.. Looks like the end of the road for Deds mate Mrs May the witch.:icon_lol:. Boris has already over ruled her by spending tax payers money on water cannons for London of which May will be forced to make a law that they can be used. And Gove has given her a rollicking over the trojan horse issue. No wonder she has suitcases under her eyes.:icon_lol:

Enjoy your cuppa Andy but don't forget to give us feedback on your MP's justification for Liebor making this country a multicultural cesspit.
I don't know how you can take Millipede and his motley crew seriously. Not long ago you were branded a racist if you expressed concerns about immigration, now it's sit down and have a cup of coffee :icon_lol:

I think your right Les  Mr Ed doesn't give a damn for the British working class but he's up there giving it big for extremists, criminals, benefit scroungers and eastern europeans. I'm baffled as to what Andy see's in Labour

I think with most Labour voters they see 'The'Past' a time when unions were strong, the well off despised, everyone playing Billy Bragg:yikes:
Times have moved on but labour voters still stuck in the 70s,you can forget a lot of the unions-they don't even want to be associated with Labour as much.
They were in charge when the Economy went tits up,but choose to blame the present government for not fixing it quick enough! What a cheek.
As for the immigration and pandering to people standing on soap boxes wishing our soldiers die in hell,2 ....ed up wars which has made the World more unsafe than before.
Why would anyone want to vote labour is beyond me totally:doh
Any good news they diss like the following-The total number of people out of work is now at its lowest level for more than five years, with youth unemployment, which covers 16-24 year olds, standing at 853,000.
Best leave em to it:xxgrinning--00xx3:

I agree Les they're in a blinkered time warp.
Liebor abandoned it's working class indigenous supporters when Blair & Brown sucked up to their new found banker and city slicker chums in 1997. They only represent the rubbish I mentioned in post #9 many of whom they encouraged and assisted into the UK

I don't seem to remember the British public being asked whether or not they WANTED a 'multi-cultural' society. :Erm:
As usual, once the MPs have planted their fat arses on those velvet seats, the wishes of the majority of the electorate are totally ignored.

I love it when they say how it add diversity and enriches the country:icon_lol:
Disappointed with Cameron (although at least he is trying unlike previous mob) saying what is is to be British.
I wanted it re-phrased to what it is to follow British traditions and way of life.

It will be tea Ded:biggrin:. I love it when you go on the defensive when I mention your mate Mrs May. I didnt see any revelence to your response on my post about bungling Boris Gove and May. Try listening to LBC radio instead of sticking your nose in the Mail every day.:icon_lol:.

Theres no relevance to Gove, May, Boris or Cameron on this thread Andy. It's solely about the rank hypocrisy of Labour conceiving and supporting mass uncontrolled immigration and then inviting their concerned blinkered voters like you to have a chat and cuppa when previously they would stamp RACIST on your forehead.
Nothing whatsoever to do with the Tories

Andy's not very good at the history of who let the Romanians in  he's been repeatedly told that the Liebor govt signed the Treaty of Accession in 2005 a year after Blair promised then reneged on a referendum.

Up to the present day it's only Blair and Bottler Brown that reneged on the referendum. I don't agree with a lot of Camerons doings but he is committed to the referendum whether brought forward or not.
I take it you don't like "asylum" seekers, being soft on crooks, bowing down to the Muslims but I guess your still with the rest of the lemmings voting for the labourites. UKIP for you in 2015 Andy or this creepy dickhead who never reads a newspaper ?
