My car failed the MOT coz one of my front lights wasn't bright enough or something stupid like that :(:cwm23::cwm23::cwm23: grrrrr

Tom just get garage to put it right, cant be that mahal, and get retest free.
problem solved mate.

well it's now another £18.50 for retest ... and whatever it costs to get the light sorted ...
talking to my contacts here in South Belfast to get this problem sorted very soon :)

I've never been charged for a retest!!

I don't pay those things now though......................the person I robbed the car off does that :yikes:

spoken like a true scouser

i am going to be a culturally aware visitor to liverpool

i'll get the bus there and drive home ;)

unlike all the other times when i drove there and bussed it home!

To Bigtombowski,
Im sorry to hear that your car failed the MOT. Well, thats the big difference here in the Phils you can still see old cars on the road, as long as it has four wheels and running it doesnt matter if the headlights working or not, but its dangerous to other motorist. Well, good in your place that the Transportation Commission are strick and its all for the benefit of everyone.
I hope you can find a remedy for that or manage to get a new one.

Well, if you drive in the Phils, just be aware of the open manhole and over speeding buses and motorcycles.

That what was my hubby had done with his car, if one part of his car was broken he will go to the garage and find that part, it is cheaper then compare to buy a brand new one.
