I have a question regarding my fiance application

I.m just worried about accommodation.

My fiance/sponsor is renting in housing association (good for two) for almost 6 yrs (alone) which is consider as a public fund. Is this going to affect my chance of getting a visa? although we got everything like tenancy agreement, inspection report and letter from Housjng Association?

About financial requirement, his earning more than 22k per yr

I'm still waiting for my application result

Based solely on the information you've shared above there shouldn't be any problems on the accommodation.
Under the circumstances you described you submitted exactly the correct evidential documentation of tenancy agreement, inspection report and letter from housing association.

You haven't mentioned any public funds that your Fiance is getting, but if he's earning more that £22k then it's not likely he'd be receiving any.
