What browser are you using? Can't you use another browser and try it again?

I was having the same problem. Unfortunately I cannot remember what I did to overcome it. I think I may just closed that particular page and carried on.

It is doable if you mess about……….. I may even have created another new account and started again from the beginning.

I'm sorry I can't be more help.

BTW I was using Safari 6.1.5 Mac OSX 10.8

Its not an error...I've managed to register just now. :Erm:

Security Codes are case sensitive, be careful when u type
and you have to tick the little box below '' I certify that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions'' and click register.

Then page will come up saying finished and check your email.

I already managed to register myself after so much :Brick::Brick::Brick:

I emailed them asking what is going on with the website with that ERROR. Guess what??? U JUST HAVE TO IGNORE IT!!! and I registered just as that!!:crazy:

WHY can't they sort out their site!! and put an ERROR message there!!!!!

I am going to book my appointment now. Am just worried and nervous about it now. Do Bank Statements and Savings need to be stamped and signed as well like when we first applied for visa????

Can anyone tell me please? Our Building Society doesn't want to do this for us (not sure if the lady on the counter couldn't be bothered because it's so sunny outside and she's so eager to have a sun tan )
