Documents for child's passport

Hi guys, does anybody have these answers for me please? What documents does the Mother, father and Child who the passport is for need? My baby is under two years old. This help would be great thanks in advance for any help :smile:

Hiya,

We just got my little one a passport a few weeks ago. You need forms filled in (you need a professional who knows you and you child to sign the other bit of the form). Your passport and ur hubby's, child's birth cert. and the payments. We took it to the post office and paid extra.

After 3 weeks we got her passport.

Thanks Jane, but I forgot to mention my baby is in the Phils with her mum. I'm processing it here from UK. Using the online process, would it still be the same or more documents needed?
